This Terms of Service applies to both the Sdq Digital Signature Solution and TAMER applications. Both applications are managed and operated by Sdq, providing identical functionality and data handling. Any reference to "our apps," "the Service," or "Digital Signature Solution" in this policy applies equally to both applications.

1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to the Digital Signature Solution ("Service" or "App"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Sdq ("we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the Sdq Digital Signature Solution mobile application and related services.

Important Notice: The Digital Signature Solution is designed for use by authorized individuals within client companies. User accounts are created and managed by company administrators, not through public sign-up.

By accessing or using our Service, you:
